Purpose
The Nebraska Farm and Agribusiness Management Career Development Event provides students with an understanding of the basic tenets of:
- economic principles related to business management
- use and analysis of records to manage resources
- functions of risk management
- business management
Students will be asked to recall and apply the material to actual and hypothetical management scenarios meant to replicate management decisions on farms, ranches, and other agricultural production units.
